Jen has been a licensed real estate professional since January 2020, launching her career with an exceptional team of highly organized and knowledgeable brokers who helped shape her strong foundation in the industry. With decades of entrepreneurial experience already behind her, the desire to build something new has come to fruition. Together, Jen and Lee Goldberg took the leap and founded Coastal Pine Real Estate in 2026.
For over 31 years, Jen has worked in, owned and operated restaurants for an experience that instilled in her the grit, determination, and relationship-driven mindset that continues to define her leadership style today. Her passion for business and genuine connection with people made the transition into real estate a natural one. Jen now leads the team with a sharp business acumen and with utmost confidence that a company is only as strong as the people behind it.
Coastal Pine Real Estate began as an idea shared between Jen and Lee one Friday evening at Dunstan Tap & Table which quickly evolved into an established, concise and thoughtfully planned real estate company.
Born and raised in Portland, Maine, and a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Jen enjoys skiing, golfing, architecture, and design. Above all, she is most proud of her husband and two children who keep life busy with year-round travel soccer and lacrosse — and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
